What Conecta Beleza JP is

Conecta Beleza JP is a showcase of Brazilian beauty professionals working in Japan. Each professional keeps a profile with what she does, where she works, her prices and how to reach her; people looking for a service find the profile and contact her directly.

What the platform does not do

The platform does not book appointments, does not charge for the beauty service and takes no part in the appointment itself. Booking, payment for the service and anything agreed happen directly between client and professional.

Conecta Beleza JP is not responsible for the quality, the result or the delivery of the service provided by each professional.

Account and sign-in

The panel account is personal. The information given must be true, and the password is the responsibility of whoever created it — whoever signs in with it is treated as you.

If you suspect someone else has access, write to contato.conectabeleza@gmail.com and we will reset it.

Subscription and billing

Plans are monthly, in yen, with Japanese consumption tax included (税込), and renew automatically on the card on file, always on the same date.

Those who choose to pay by bank transfer receive the invoice (請求書) every month and transfer by the due date stated on it. Service starts once the first transfer is confirmed.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the panel — or, if you pay by bank transfer, by letting us know by e-mail before the next invoice. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and there is no prorated refund for the current month.

If a payment fails

When a charge fails, we let you know by email. Seven days later, the profile leaves the public showcase.

Access to the panel keeps working — that is where the card is updated. As soon as the payment goes through, the profile comes back on its own, with nothing to publish again.

What you publish

Your profile content is yours and stays yours. By publishing it, you allow Conecta Beleza JP to display it on the site and in the platform's own promotion.

By publishing, you state that:

• ·you hold the rights to the photos and texts, including permission from anyone shown in the images;
• ·the prices and conditions advertised are the ones you actually practise;
• ·the content is not illegal, offensive or misleading, and does not infringe anyone's rights;
• ·you meet the legal requirements of your activity in Japan, including advertising rules where the service is regulated.

What we may do

We may unpublish content that breaks these terms and, in case of fraud or abuse, suspend the account. Whenever possible, we tell you first and explain why.

If you are looking for a service

Searching and viewing profiles is free and needs no account. Confirm the details with the professional before agreeing to anything: prices and conditions are published and kept by her.

Availability

We work to keep the platform running, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or because of a provider failure. An interruption does not create a prorated refund, unless it is long and caused by us — in which case compensation is agreed directly with the subscriber.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the end of the page changes with them, and subscribers are told by email before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms follow Japanese law. Nothing here removes the rights Japanese consumer law gives you.
