First access

You receive an email from Conecta Beleza with a link to the panel. It does NOT contain a password: it has a button for you to create yours.

• Open the email and tap the button to create your password.
• Choose a password with at least 12 characters and repeat it in the second field.
• Tap the button to create the password and sign in. You land in the panel, on your Profile page.

The invite link is valid for 72 hours and works only once. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder (especially Hotmail/Outlook) and Gmail's Promotions tab.

Ask for a new link yourself:

• Go to conectabeleza.jp and tap “Sign in”.
• Tap “First time here or forgot your password?”.
• Enter your account email and tap “Send the link”.
• Within a few minutes you get an email with the button to create your password. Follow the same steps as the invite.

For security, the screen always answers the same way, even if the email is wrong. If nothing arrives, check that you typed the email Conecta Beleza has on file, or ask Conecta Beleza for the link on WhatsApp.

• Go to conectabeleza.jp → “Sign in”.
• Enter your email and the password YOU created.
• Forgot your password? Use “First time here or forgot your password?”, as in step 2.

To sign out, use the button at the bottom of the menu. To change your password, go to Account → change password: other devices are signed out and this one stays.

It then opens like an app, with the Conecta Beleza icon. This is a browser feature:

• iPhone (Safari): open conectabeleza.jp, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”.
• Android (Chrome): open conectabeleza.jp, tap the menu (⋮), then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
